Well, I went and did it. I got myself into some full on container "salad bowl" gardening! Over a 4 day stretch, I traveled around town pricing everything from pots to potting mix and ended up with a sweet little collection of herbs and veggies that left me AND the buns anxious for the harvest.
Soon enough, little ones. Soon enough. *wipes away drool*
Here's a looksee at The Master Plan, with a small cameo by the one and only...
*drumroll*
...Pilot!
Couple things I forgot to mention in the vid: 1) Sugar Snap Peas! - YUM!, 2) Kentucky Wonder bean poles - YES!, and 3) Lavender Haze - great for attracting butterflies and hummingbirds.
Let's hope my 'green thumb' sticks and these beauties live for the harvest. *bites lip*
More pics/vids to come!

ReplyDeleteYay! Thank you, Megan! I'll tell ya one thing: my sleep has never seen so good OR so deep as it has been since The Master Plan began and I can't wait either! I keep double checking on them to make sure they're all happy & healthy. Pilot says he won't say a word, or a Woof! ; ) x
ReplyDeletelucky buns or they will be when the garden grows
ReplyDeleteI dunno - will the bunns give it enough growing time? I guess we shall see! Looks magnifico!
ReplyDeleteHope I can give it enough time, myself! Fingers crossed for us all! ; )
ReplyDeleteHow is your garden doing so far??
ReplyDeleteOh how I wish I could grow stuff. I'm terrible...down right awful at it!
ReplyDeleteTwo Bunny Blog - it's ALIVE! *wipes brow* Giving it a little more time for lushness before trimming those salad bowls for the buns.
ReplyDeleteMichelle May - me too! I was kinda worried, but thus far Miracle Grow is living up to its name!
